We have the following positions open at this time.

• Bindery Operator
  We currently have an opening in our bindery department. Come to work with a great company in a friendly and professional workplace. Work in a clean and organized environment with top equipment and team support.
  
  This position performs all of the following processes on a regular basis:
  cutting, folding, book binding (coil, twin loop, saddle-stitch, and Fastback), numbering, perforating, scoring, collating, padding, and more. This position will also make deliveries from time to time.
  
  Bindery or other printing industry experience is preferred. Training is available for the right applicant who is mechanically inclined and eager to work with machinery in a fast-paced environment.
  
  A valid Vermont driver's license is required along with the ability to consistently lift 40 lbs.
  
  Pay range: $11 - $14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
  Benefits include: health, life, and supplemental dental insurance, 401K retirement program with company match and profit sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 paid personal days, and 7 paid holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving).

• Salesperson
  We are looking for an experienced printing and/or mailing industry salesperson. This is a full time position calling on existing and prospective accounts. The ideal candidate must be friendly and eager to be in front of new prospects in both one-on-one and group settings; selling to both small and larger companies and organizations.
  
  Minimum qualifications:
  - A high school diploma or equivalent
  - 3 years documented pertinent sales experience
  - Excellent verbal and written skills
  - Excellent computer skills with strengths using: Windows, Word, Excel, Email, Internet
  - A valid VT driver's license
  - Self-motivated, self-starting, and persistent work ethic
  - Able and willing to travel throughout our region
